Bump apps/web/package.json to 0.2.1, feeding __APP_VERSION__ (baked at build time, see vite.config.ts). Confirmed the built bundle actually contains the new string.

Once merged, tagging the resulting main HEAD as v0.2.1 will trigger release.yml, which derives versionName/versionCode from the tag itself and builds/publishes the signed APK as a Forgejo Release — this ships the whole mobile/tablet UI chantier (9 tickets, #83–#91) in one release.
