fix(recipes): agrandit l'icône réglages, aligne les cases à cocher à gauche

- .ingredient-picker__display-toggle svg : 1.1rem -> 1.5rem, trop
  petite dans son bouton 2.25rem.
- .ingredient-picker__display-menu : neutralise le margin-left: auto
  du check-mark app-wide (global.scss, pensé pour une grille de chips
  avec coche en bout de ligne) pour ce menu vertical de préférences —
  coche à gauche, libellé à droite, plus classique pour ce type de menu.
